Order Processing

All products are made to order. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.

During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

• United States: 3–7 business days after production
• International Orders: 7–21 business days after production

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and shipping method selected.

Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Unique Koncepts is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment of returned packages.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need additional assistance, contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item
• Photos of the packaging

We will review the claim and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.
